We ship to all 50 US states, including P.O. boxes. We don’t ship outside the United States yet.

Standard shipping is $8 (3 to 5 business days), and free on orders of $65 and up. Faster USPS options are priced at checkout. You see the full cost before you pay.

We pack and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Delivery times start once your order ships.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

If your order arrives damaged, is missing something, or is lost in transit, email hello@drkitaskin.com with your order number and we’ll replace or refund it. Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping.

Because these are skincare products, we can’t take returns for a change of mind, opened or unopened. When you write, include your order number.
